Then click 新規登録 (sign up), enter the necessary information, and click 登録する (register). Now you can log in as a student.
You can make an account with 学生ログイン even if you are not a Tsukuba student.教員ログイン (faculty login) is for teachers.
After you log in, you can start making preparations by following an actual job search process, using the following steps.
1. 自己分析 (Self-assessment): Looking back on your life
2. ES作成 (Creating Entry Sheet): Write down in sentences explaining why you want to join the company.
3. 面接練習 (Interview practice): Communicate your thoughts and reflect.
4: ディベート練習 (Debate practice): Think about how you can conduct yourself in a group.
ディベート練習 is a paid feature.
Let's begin with 自己分析 (self-assessment).
You'll find a variety of questions about your strengths and weaknesses from early childhood to university days.
By answering these questions, you can look back from various angles and analyze what kind of a person you are.
Here's an example of the following: 保存先1 (saved in 1) > OK > 中高生時期 (junior and senior high school years) > 学業と学校の活動 (academics and school activities).
After answering questions such as, What was your favorite subject in junior and senior high school? or Which teacher(s) had the biggest influence on you and why?, you can start to see a part of you that you never noticed before.
After you've answered the questions, click 終了する (done) to see all of your answers listed.
You can also click ビジュアルで表示 (display visually) to see your answers in a mind map format.
Now let's move on to ES作成 (creasing an ES).
ES stands for Entry Sheet, an application form that students are required to submit to companies. This is your chance to show the company your abilities and motivation.
From three types of templates, choose the one you want to practice with.
We've chosen template 1.
Refer to the results of your self-assessment and follow the examples on the entry sheet when filling it out.
You'll find the examples by clicking 記入例を見る (see examples - in a new tab) at the upper right corner of the page.
Now practice the interview so that you can verbally communicate what you wrote on the entry sheet.
Here, you can practice two ways.
In 定形質問 (standard questions), you answer the questions that are set in the system by default.
In AIによる質問 (AI questions), you answer questions that the AI creates, based on your entry sheet.
AIによる質問 is a paid feature.
In 定形質問, which is free, you can make your own following settings.
・Answering method - voice or manual (typing)
・Conditions for finishing - time limit (how many minutes you want to practice) or number of answers (how many questions you want to answer)
Click 面接を開始する!(Start interview!) to start practicing.
Were you able to convey the messages you wanted to?
You can save videos of your interview practices and watch them over and over again to make sure you've gotten your point across.
Job recruitment interviews in Japan include debate as part of group discussion.
ディベート練習 is a paid feature.
Here, you can practice debating various topics with two AI students until you're able to speak your opinion while observing the flow of discussion.
In 保存したファイル you can go back any time to check your self-assessment results, your entry sheet, and interview/debate videos that you have saved.
With saved PDFs and videos, you can see yourself objectively and practice over and over again. You could ask others to take a look at your PDFs and videos and give you feedback!
