You can choose them according to your needs.

(1)A website that lets you add furigana based on your level of Japanese.:AccessReading|Adding rubi to sentences
This tool lets you add rubi based on your proficiency level.
Enter the text. Then choose the level of kanji that you want to add furigana to.
You can choose from all kanji and katakana, kanji used in elementary school grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6, kanji used in middle school or higher, and kanji not on the standard list of common kanji (jōyō kanji).
For example, let's try putting furigana for 3rd grade elementary school and above.
(1)You can add furigana within parentheses.
(2)You can change the kanji to hiragana. Check the box when there are too many hiragana and you want to add spaces.
(3)You can enter furigana above the kanji.
※See the list of kanji by school year provided by MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology) here.
(2)A website that lets you add furigana in romaji.:Rubi/hiragana conversion tool
You can use this tool to add furigana in romaji.
This is useful for people who are learning how to write hiragana and katakana, too.
Go to よみの指定 (reading) and choose ローマ字 (romaji).
You can add furigana to all of the hiragana and katakana too, by choosing 全てにふりがなを付ける (add furigana to entire text).
(3)A website that lets you add furigana to entire web pages.:Hiragana Megane
Enter the URL of a Japanese website and you can add furigana to the kanji text of all pages.
Enter the URL and click GO.
You can add furigana to every page on the website.
Try adding furigana to read articles written in Japanese on NIHONGO eな.
Which Japanese websites should I look at?
Maybe anime? Or a popular musician's site!
